Bruce wanted to be sure to add Maysville Technical College is where to February Bee School is going to be.

Charles read the treasurer report and Becky made a motion to accept the report and Jim seconded it.

The price for the bee school will be as follows:  Adults 13 and older-Preregistered $20.00, at the door-$25.00.  Children 12 & younger-$7.50, no requirement to preregister.     Becky made motion to accept $7.50 for children and Ashley seconded.  Motion carried.

Jim and Bobby are going to try to contact speakers for the Bee School.

The November Meeting will be with the Mountain Bee Keepers to discuss the Bee School.  Jim will be contacting them and will come up with a time.

Bobby will be contacting the Library in Morehead to possibly hold the November meeting there.

Charlie made a sheet for checking out the extractor.  So now it will need to be filled out whenever the extractor is checked out.

Kevin Hale, from Menifee County, gave some wonderful information on winterizing your bees.  Sorry for those that were not there.  After he was finished, Jim made a motion to close the meeting and it was seconded by Bruce.
